"A Star Is Born" was the motto of the Kinderfilmfest München on July 3: Almost 17 years after the animated film adaptation of Klaus Baumgart's bestseller, the live-action version of LAURAS STERN was celebrate its world premiere as the opening film. And as with the original, which won the German Film Award in 2005, we have not been stingy with sparkling stardust this time either. Because today as then the movie-magic-rule always applies: "More is more. And too much is never enough."
